After its successful projects in London as well as launching the tallest luxury residential building in Greater New York City, along the Hudson river, global developer COLI Australia will reveal it’s first Australian residential project – Neue Macquarie Park – this March. As Macquarie Park’s tallest residential building, the $300+M development is a masterpiece of original modern design, representing a new milestone in Australian apartment living.

Every detail of Neue has been carefully refined in collaboration with award-winning architects SJB to optimise the architectural outlook and living experience. SJB’s founder Adam Haddow believes Neue is set to become the next award winning development. This is the very best example of innovative apartment living ever seen in Australia.

In keeping with COLI’s highest global development standards, a spirit of craftsmanship has been the critical deciding factor at every stage of the process, from architectural design, material selection and interior design to COLI Australia’s choice of builder and property manager.

Bringing to life SJB’s vision, the two tower development will create a new architectural landmark for Macquarie Park. Breaking the rules of traditional apartment design, the project’s striking ‘Three Finger Design’ features a pure concrete and glass anatomy draws the surrounding natural landscape into and around the buildings.

Located within a green corridor on top of a ridge means every Neue home will deliver a unique, show-stopping panorama, from the glittering Sydney city skyline to the mellow light of dawn across the native treetops of Lane Cove National Park.

Many two bedroom residences will feature rare, 180-270-degree views, while one-of-a-kind sky terraces or Soho-style dual-level lofts will deliver a standard of living not seen in Australia before.

Various apartments will achieve at least 2 hours of direct sunlight even in the middle of winter, creating spacious, light-filled homes with minimal adjoining walls, flexible screens and breezeway louvre windows. Apartments will also achieve superior cross ventilation to create ease of living and allow for residents to truly feel at one with the outdoor environment.

Privacy is vital at Neue. Buildings are orientated to allow maximum view sharing and privacy while many apartments feature only one common wall – some even have the benefit of no common wall, enjoying its own oasis. Inside, each space can be individualised to meet changing needs. Floor plans are reconfigurable, allowing residences to dial up the privacy or open out to the world for a life without limits. Interiors will be handcrafted to provide spacious, light-filled homes that feel more like a house than an apartment.

Effortless finishes and intuitive spaces allow the natural light and outlook to impress, while stunning detailing echoes the tradition of handmade joinery. Buyers will have a choice of two colour schemes – Sereno (warm and welcoming with an earthy base) and Como (a cool aquatic scheme with a soft egg-blue base).

Kitchens feature stone island benches, integrated Miele appliances and smart pantry storage, made for a Masterchef. Every detail is considered – from deluxe pull out pantries to bespoke cutlery inserts, this is where intuitive design and modern luxury meets convenience. Bathrooms provide a luxury escape with many having their own window to enhance ventiliation.

Communal spaces have been beautifully designed. Opening up the corridors with natural light and ventilation will result in light, happy and healthy spaces for the whole family to enjoy. Entertain alfresco in the BBQ area or communal function room and lounge. Go for a stroll through the central park, unwind in the garden or uplift the senses with public art scattered throughout the development.

Located along Herring Road, Neue is also at the centre of Ryde Council’s new $5M revitalisation of the Macquarie University Station precinct, delivering new public spaces, retail, transport options, cafes, jobs and homes. Macquarie Park in its entirety is at the strategic centre of the Sydney growing plan, being a priority precinct of NSW. The region is one of the most up and coming precinct’s within the Sydney region and set to become the next CBD. The new lightrail connection between
Parramatta and Macquarie Park is also aiming to deliver significant economic, transport and social benefits, not only to the City of Ryde region but also to wider Sydney.

Proximity to city CBD, Chatswood, Rhodes, Eastwood, Epping offers the ultimate in convenient living. Neue is well connected to Epping Road, easily linking to the Lane Cove Tunnel, Chatswood and the Sydney CBD for a fast commute. As the former site of the Maquarie Univeristy accommodation, Neue sits just 5 minutes to Macquarie University Station and Macquarie University while Macquarie Centre is also nearby, while Herring Road allows easy access to onto the M2 Motorway.

Neue Macquarie Park will launch to the public this March 2018. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid to late 2018 with proposed completion in early 2021.
