The grandsons of Harry Triguboff will continue their grandfather’s property legacy, says the billionaire developer, who was ranked as Australia’s second-wealthiest person by Forbes last year.

The 85-year old told The Australian his grandsons were working with “the bones of the business — its 900-strong workforce”.

Both Daniel, 27 and Ariel, 24, hold a property economics degree.

Mr Triguboff said the family was intimately involved in the business, meeting weekly to discuss investment and the company.

Daniel and Ariel’s roles in the business are structured with a view to succession.

Daniel, a development and operations manager at Meriton, said he had undertaken two unit projects through his own company, but using Meriton’s infrastructure, including its building marketing arms.

The projects were Vistas at Epping in 2015 and VIDA at Mascot.

Ariel, a development manager, will launch apartment project, Escada, at 131 O’Riordan Street, Mascot in April.
