Kevin B Howard Architects have recently completed a new villa that’s set on the shorelines of the Baja California Sur in Mexico.

The house is a combination of the traditional and regional character of Baja, Mexico, with a minimalist, contemporary lifestyle.

The interior of the home, like the living room, is arranged to take advantage of the temperate climate and the abundance of natural light.

Beside the living room is the kitchen. Exposed wood beams tie in with the wood dining portion of the island dining area.

The dining room, which sits next to the kitchen, features wide glass panes that perfectly show off the view.

There’s a corner fireplace in the master bedroom, and a sliding glass door opens up to a patio.

In the master bathroom, there’s a dividing wall that’s home to multiple shower heads, while outside, there’s a bathtub sitting on pebbles and surrounded by stone walls for privacy, however its open to the elements.
