AMP Capital and UniSuper have bought a combined half share of the $1.9 billion Wynyard Place project from Brookfield Property Partners as part of the investors' strategy to boost its presence in the strong Sydney office market.

The deal comes as Lendlease has paid $270.05 million for Swire House at 10 Spring Street, Sydney from Centuria. Other major listings 231 Elizabeth Street and 160 Sussex Street are also on the market, each worth more than $80 million.
