The push to get a toe-hold into the tight CBD office markets has seen the Singapore-based real estate firm Ascendas-Singbridge pay $252 million for the A-grade commercial office tower at 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney.

It was once home to James Packer after he left his late father's office at 54 Park Street and also has the Masonic Centre at the lower levels.
