CWG Development has announced the latest release of 45 apartments in Stellar located at Ryde. CWG’s commitment to design and construction excellence has resulted in the international developer constantly pushing boundaries to achieve the best possible for every project and Stellar is no exception.

Original designed by internationally acclaimed Architects SJB, Stellar’s latest unique façade has been carefully re-imagined through thoughtful collaboration between SJB and CWG.

Comprising of just 96 apartments across two towers situated around a central courtyard, Stellar’s contemporary apartments are designed not only to maximise natural light, but also to offer sweeping views across Parramatta river, lush parkland reserves and Sydney CBD skylines.

The complete redesign of Stellar’s façade by SJB ensured that Ryde‘s streetscape will be transformed by this timelessly modern and sophisticated architectural statement , particularly due to Stellar’s prominent gateway location in Ryde.

CWG Development CEO, Dr Ying Rao, said “We are pleased to be part of the exciting growth story of Ryde and believe that this landmark development will enhance the public domain in the area, and provide an iconic gateway masterpiece which the residents of Ryde will be proud to call their own.”

Selling agent and area specialist Tony Abboud of agency Snowden Parkes Projects said Ryde represents a very compelling offer to investors looking for strong capital growth.

“In the past five years, the median price of units in Ryde has seen a 28.7% growth, which could indicate that there is still room for good capital growth to be secured, unlike other areas of Sydney where growth has been stronger,” Mr Abboud said.

“Epping, for instance, has seen a 42% uplift in the median price of units from 2011 to 2016, while Macquarie Park has seen a 55% growth.”

Ryde is in the midst of a revitalisation with Ryde City Council recently announcing its proposed multi-million-dollar plan to redevelop the existing Ryde Town Hall facility and convert it into a City Hub comprising of pocket parks, an outdoor theatre and cycle paths, a new civic hall and library. There will also be an onsite lifestyle precinct featuring cafes and restaurants as well as residential and mixed-use developments for offices and retail.

With completion due in July 2019, all apartments in the final stage release enjoy a northerly aspect and come with parking.

Prices start from $665,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, $885,000 for a two bedroom apartment and $1,199,000 for a three bedroom apartment.
