Metro Property Development (Metro) has launched its $24 million luxury residential development The Nines, in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Prominently located at 155-161 Willoughby Road in Naremburn, The Nines comprises nine exclusive high-end townhouses. Each townhouse has its own unique entry and comprises three bedrooms with two bathrooms and includes a balcony, lush private gardens and basement parking for two cars.

Designed by high profile architects A+ Design Group, the luxury townhouses will be split over three levels with spacious interiors and intelligent design, with strata areas up to 300 square metres. Prices range from $2.65 million to $2.95 million.

“We are excited to deliver The Nines to Naremburn and bring a greater variety of housing to Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Situated just minutes from Crows Nest Village and St Leonards Station, these luxury townhouses are in a highly sought-after location,” said Phil Leahy of Metro Property Development.

“With the upgrade option of installing an internal lift, these homes are equipped for independent living and are ideal for every generation.”

Modern living without compromising on space is a key element of the design. Full-height built-in wardrobes will be included within the three spacious bedrooms with ample storage throughout each home. The master suite spans an entire floor with luxurious fittings and a private balcony.

The Nines townhouses include large living spaces with a combined living and dining area on the ground floor and a separate lounge room on the first floor. Pristine kitchens will contain high-quality Miele appliances, a generous island bench and full-height timber joinery.

Bathrooms feature timber shelving with the master suite boasting an island bath, and buyers will have the choice of three internal colour schemes varying between contemporary and classic designs.

Each townhouse is designed to embrace outdoor living and includes a private alfresco dining area with timber deck. A communal area with gardens and a landscaped laneway is designed to foster community within The Nines.

Energy efficient technology is key within The Nines with innovative features including a smart charging wall built-in to each garage and a solar panel system located on the roof.

“The Nines will bring contemporary and stylish living to Naremburn with timeless design and a high-end finish. Designed to last through generations and create a sense of community, these luxury townhouses are a rare opportunity to live in a one-of-a-kind enclave in Sydney’s Lower North Shore,” said Tony Leung of A+ Design Group.

Ray White Projects sales agents for The Nines, say there is high demand for luxury low maintenance residences on Sydney’s North Shore.

“Population growth, demographic changes and lifestyle trends are driving demand for a greater variety of housing. The Nines will resonate with those who are looking for low maintenance living in close proximity to Crows Nest Village and want the individuality of an architecturally designed high-end home,” said Tim Abbott, Director from Ray White Projects, Lower North Shore.

Surrounded by parklands and eateries, The Nines is in a premier location with exceptional connectivity to Sydney CBD and in close proximity to a selection of public and private schools.

Construction will commence in late-2018 with completion due at the end of 2019.

The display suite for The Nines will be located on-site at 155 Willoughby Road, Naremburn. Inspect by appointment. For more information please call Tim Abbott from Ray White Projects, Lower North Shore 0425 285 833.
