Metro launches new Naremburn luxury residential estate

Metro Property Development (Metro) has launched its $24 million luxury residential development The Nines, in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Prominently located at 155-161 Willoughby Road in Naremburn, The Nines comprises nine exclusive high-end townhouses. Each townhouse has its own unique entry and comprises three bedrooms with two bathrooms and includes a balcony, lush private gardens and basement parking for two cars.

Designed by high profile architects A+ Design Group, the luxury townhouses will be split over three levels with spacious interiors and intelligent design, with strata areas up to 300 square metres. Prices range from $2.65 million to $2.95 million.

The Nines townhouses include large living spaces with a combined living and dining area on the ground floor and a separate lounge room on the first floor. Pristine kitchens will contain high-quality Miele appliances, a generous island bench and full-height timber joinery.

Bathrooms feature timber shelving with the master suite boasting an island bath, and buyers will have the choice of three internal colour schemes varying between contemporary and classic designs.
