Imagine if you could live the life of a 5-star hotel guest for the day – complete with a private driver, stylist, personal trainer, masseuse and your very own wine curator constantly at your beck-and-call.

No longer just the stuff of dreams, GURNER™ has brought this concept to life at its ground-breaking new Saint Moritzdevelopment, where service and amenity are offered on a grand scale.

Anticipating the unique needs of those who will live there, GURNER™ has hand curated a team of world-famous professionals to provide on-call services to the private residents at any time of night and day, including an in-house art curator, wine director, library curator, personal trainer, nurse and medical practitioners, a masseuse, facialist, child minders and even a personal stylist and shopper.

Some of these names include the likes of Nicky Dunne, the executive chairman of arguably London’s most prestigious bookshop, Heywood Hill, and personal librarian to the Queen, who will curate the Saint Moritz Queens Libraryin what is the first time he has worked privately outside of the Royal Family.

If wining and dining is more your style, GURNER™ has engaged ex-Vue De Monde sommelier and famed restauranteur, Rocco Esposito, as Saint Moritz’s in-house wine curator, to provide expert advice on picking the most appropriate wine from the building’s own on-site 3,000-bottle wine cellar.

Upon arrival home to Saint Moritz, residents will feel as if they have entered one of the most famous Upper East Side hotels, with a 5.5m-high Porte Cochere leading to a full-time concierge, valet and private driver – complete with an in-house luxury car – ready to attend to residents’ every need at a moment’s notice.

The personal driver is a service never-before-offered in a residential building world-wide, and will allow residents to book the chauffeur at a moment’s notice to drive them wherever they desire. The service will only available to residents and at no charge.

Other services will include car washing, dog minding and grooming, housekeeping and laundry services, along with private dining and catering, all managed in-house and available on-call to residents.

Along with the porte cochere, the developer has created what Tim Gurner describes as a ‘life-long goal’ to deliver a ‘Glass Cube’ entrance – modelled off the famous Apple store entry in New York - that will become the heart of the three buildings.

The glass cube has reportedly cost over $1.5million and will be surrounded by a water feature and lush gardens that will define the arrival experience, created to transform residents and guests with a whole new level of luxury and lifestyle.

“ The glass cube will be a piece of art unto itself; surrounded by an incredible water feature, residents and guests will feel like they are walking into the best 6-star hotel in the world,” said GURNER™ founder and director Tim Gurner.

Once inside, the lobby itself will feature incredible international artworks, a fire place, lounge area and state-of-the-art hotel facilities.

As if that’s not enough to satisfy the needs and wants of those who will live there, the Saint Moritz Private Club will cater to the high-rolling lifestyle of its residents, with an exclusive club-like space where residents and invited guests can socialise and unwind in complete privacy.

Here, a bar and lounge with its rich dark textures and floating fireplace, will provide the ultimate private area to read selected books from the Queens Library, while the sports bar, golf simulator and pool room – complete with poker tables and a full-size snooker table – are perfect for spending a day entertaining friends.

Saint Moritz has even partnered with Village Cinemas to bring the Gold Class experience home, with Australia’s first ever private Gold Class facility style cinema on-site in the private club, while an underground pool, sauna, private treatment rooms and gym await residents in the wellness centre.

“ I believe there is a huge opportunity to appeal to a demographic that until now has not had any reason to downsize from their luxury mansions in Toorak, Albert Park or Brighton, because nothing was on the market that could offer the lifestyle they were seeking,” said GURNER™ founder and director, Tim Gurner.

“ Understanding the type of buyer we are catering to meant creating a project that would offer a level of service and amenity that is usually only found in New York’s most secretive, most exclusive Upper East Side addresses.

“ Saint Moritz will be the answer to this global phenomenon and we cannot wait to bring this project to market in the coming months,” he said.

The project boasts an end value of approx. $550million spread between just approx. 120 residences offering unparalleled beachfront luxury, along with over 5,000sqm of private amenity and a world-class hospitality venue anchoring the ground level.

With the residences averaging price-points of around $5million, the project is gearing up to be the most ambitious luxury project launched in Australia at this level.

GURNER™ has appointed Fender Katsalidis as lead architect, with Koichi Takada Architects appointed to design one of the three buildings and long-time collaborator, revered interior designer David Hicks to craft the interiors, while Jack Merlo has designed oasis-style landscapes throughout.

Saint Moritz is launching to the public in June beginning with the Penthouse Collection, which will then be followed by the ‘Residences’ that will closely follow.

The project is currently taking registrations of interest. For more information or to register your details please visit
