Government casts off East West Link commercial buildings

The Andrews government has begun selling a portfolio of commercial properties acquired for the scrapped East West Link project.

The buildings,  in an industrial pocket of Clifton Hill along Alexandra Parade, sold for $4.5 million. They are the first in a $320 million portfolio of residential and commercial properties slowly being released to the market.
