A Malaysian developer, which lists projects in London and Sydney on its portfolio, is set to announce the launch of a high-end 27-storey tower in ritzy South Yarra.

Listed Malaysian developer Eco World International has started marketing a 268-unit apartment tower to be built on the former headquarters of retailer Roger David in Claremont Street, its first project in Melbourne.
