Burgess Rawson’s February 2018 auction results reflected a total of just over $46.5 million in gross sales revenue, an 85% clearance rate or 15 from 18 listings sold. 

Tenanted child care investment sales totalled just over $6.4 million and capitalisation rates from 5.8%. 

Further investment sales included:

  • A Commonwealth Bank in Redfern, NSW, which sold for $4.1 million or 3.95%
  • A Commonwealth Bank in Fivedock, NSW, which sold for $2.55 million or 4.45%
  • A KFC in Gladstone, QLD, which sold for $2 million or 5.47%
  • A Red Rooster and Pizza Hut in Townsville, QLD, which sold for $2.9 million of 7.17%
  • An Olivers Food in Taree, NSW, which sold for $2 million or 5.78%
  • A Seven-Eleven in Wollongong, NSW, which sold for $5.6 million or 5.85%A Coles Express and Gloria Jeans in North Richmond, NSW for $6.2 million or 6.09%
  • A Star Track in Wollongong, NSW, which sold for $9.6 million or 8.5%   

Next Auctions are scheduled for Tuesday 27th March in Sydney and Wednesday 28th March in Melbourne.
