Centuria Capital buys industrial facility in Brisbane

Centuria Capital has purchased a 4.8-hectare site with 11,785 square metres of warehouse and 1240 square metres of office space at 46-68 Gosport Street from Sentinel Property Group for $17 million.

This sales transaction follows Sentinel's purchase of Makerston House, Brisbane for $103 million and a net passing yield of 7.85%, after it sold for $38 million in 2000 when Challenger bought it from listed investment company Ariadne. 

Sentinel also sold the Citilink Business Centre at Bowen Hills for $76 million to superannuation fund Prime Super.
