A rare, free-standing, two-level, bluestone building at 375 Queen Street, opposite the Queen Victoria Market, sold under the hammer for $2,325,000 achieving $6643 per sq m. Colliers International's Oliver Hay, Daniel Wolman and David Sia in conjunction with Knight Frank brokered the deal.

Brighton

The sale price of $1.75 million, more than 40 per cent over the vendor's reserve, for the retail property at 352 Bay Street was driven by eight bidders resulting in a 2.6 per cent yield. The property sold subject to a 5+5 year lease of $46,772 per annum. Teska Carson's George Takis and Anthony Choi closed the sale.
