Surging CBD property values have motivated legal training organisation, the Leo Cussen Institute of Law, to put its freehold building up for sale.

Leo Cussen has owned and occupied the six-storey building at 360 Little Bourke Street, known as Melbourne House, for the past 30 years and is expected to reap more than $30 million from the deal.
