When Heidi Onisforou brings her magic to an interiors project, you know it’s going to be outstanding. Her recent project, a heritage terrace she acquired in Challis Avenue in Potts Point for $5m and sold for $13m in 2016, broke the record in the local area for a terrace sale. “We have sold $67.7m worth of apartments in the last 90 days in Potts Point over 12 transactions and we have experienced an impressive amount of interest in Heidi’s property”.

 

 “The primary buyer markets in the area are locals doing a lateral move and trading within the area, or wealthy downsizers selling a large house in areas like the lower North Shore and trading into an apartment for the SoHo lifestyle”.
