Purchased in 2014, the apartment was completely reconfigured by One Point Six to utilise space and extract maximum value. The apartment, which was formerly a two bedroom - two bathroom, was reshaped to create a master bedroom suite with walk-in dressing room, guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, as well as a third guest bedroom, guest WC, separate kitchen and open-plan living / dining room.
Caroline Takla, Director of One Point Six commented; “When we originally purchased the apartment, the layout was not compatible for today’s living standards. There’s a real demand for an even bedroom to bathroom ratio from buyers today, which we’ve managed to achieve by restructuring the layout, allowing us to bring modern luxury whilst maintaining a period feel to the apartment.”
Caroline added; “Our experience as developers lies on the design and space-planning side of things; we really take the time to appreciate the space and assess ways we can maximise the layout long before we start the work. Each of our projects are very market-appropriate and are designed spatially and aesthetically for our target end buyer. This, combined with the development consultancy provided by The Collection and the excellent salesmanship of Knight Frank’s Knightsbridge office has produced a very successful sale.”
“This is our second record-breaking deal in the space of three months and we will now be focusing on our flagship project on Eaton Square; where we are combining two separate apartments to create one, very opulent London home and our beautiful apartment in Cadogan Gardens, which will be coming to market at the end of this year”.
