The multi-award-winning developer HELM has unveiled an eye-catching apartment project which seems certain to set new design and quality standards for Neutral Bay. MUSE, in Rangers Road, follows on from ESQUE in Glover Street, Mosman which was judged the best medium-density housing development in Australia.
